Very cosy

“We went here for valentines day for an evening meal as we were rather impressed with the menu for this evening. It is very cosy and it feels as if you are in someone's front room. The food was rather nice but I wouldn't recommend the tagliatelle with white wine sauce as it was rather bland. In contrast, the lamb tangine was delicious. Bit pricey for the standard of food. ”

    Excellent party venue

Came here for a family gathering had a fantastic evening. They have 3 party menus excellent value less than £20 for 3 courses of home made goodies. Great fun 20 of us had the restaurant to ourselves as we were a private party. Plan on going back for my 50th.

    A Gem

Nice restaurant run by a charming couple and make a good effort for the customer experience. Food is always freshly made and very nice, we are lucky to have this restaurant within walking distance.

    Nice little pit stop

Lovely little restaurant in the high street half way between co-op and the petrol station. No parking outside, but you can park behind the petrol station, in the large layby outside co-op, or in the main car park in wilder road. The menu is very plesant and changes seasonally. They serve fairtrade tea and coffee, all day breakfasts, lunches and afternoon teas as well as tasty evening meals. I really liked it here.

Why not try?
