MEET Ruby, a very cute, loveable little lady around 18 months old, with only half a tail.

Ruby has had a very unsettled start to life. She was continually bullied by a couple of tom cats at her previous neighbourhood, which left her very frightened, stressed and off her food.

On visiting the vets it was discovered that she has a heart murmur which does not require medication, but the environment she was in made her feel quite ill.

It will need to be monitored, and means she will need that extra bit of TLC from her new owner.

She is now more relaxed and is a really sweet, loving cat who craves attention, and would make a lovely pet.

Bobby is a seven-year-old male. He is the most loving, friendly and cuddly cat who acts much younger than he is.

He would be fine in almost any home, making a loyal addition, as long as he knows where his food is.

He gets on with other cats but is not too keen on dogs.

The only reason he hasn't yet been snapped up is because he is black, and typically, black cats are harder to home as most people prefer more colourful cats.

If you think you could offer Ruby or Bobby a loving home then please call our homing officer on 08453 714203.

As with all the branch's cats Ruby and Bobby have been checked by a vet, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped and vaccinated.
