Police have confirmed that two men were killed in a crash near South Molton yesterday.

The men, in their twenties, were found in the crashed car shortly after 8am when a member of the public alerted the emergency services.

But it's thought the car may have crashed hours earlier at some time during Thursday night.

The crash involved a blue Peugeot 306 which had left the road. Police confirmed it was a double fatal accident yesterday evening, after contacting the families of the dead men.
