ONLY five Cavanna Homes properties remain for sale in The Salterns development in Bideford priced between £175,000 and £249,995.

These include a three-bedroom Kittiwake show home, a four-bedroom detached Avon house which features a garage and allocated parking and another four-bedroom house called Cumbria, with a study and a separate dining room.

All properties have parking, contemporary fitted kitchens and bathrooms, double glazing throughout and a 10-year National House-Building Council Buildmark Warranty.

"It came as no surprise to us that this development proved to be so popular," said Cavanna Homes' sales manager Lynn Worley.

"The Salterns is in a wonderful position that appeals to a wide group of people, from young couples and families who want to make the most of the countryside to older people who love the views, the homes and the location."

She said The Salterns has captured the hearts of many buyers with its combination of beautiful views across the River Torridge, clever designs making the most of the location, and practical features for modern living.

Work began to construct the development just over three years ago. It is sited on the edge of the town and within reach of the Tarka Trail and North Devon's popular beaches.

As one of the South West's largest independent developers, Cavanna Homes is always keen to construct developments that reflect the local character and some of the houses have been built using local stone.
