THERE'S a chance to enjoy fresh air and flowers this Friday when RHS Garden Rosemoor opens its doors – for free. This is a chance to roam the 65 acre garden and truly explore all it has to offer. Visitors can discover the beauty and tranquillity of the garden as it awakens from its winter slumber and discover the advantages of becoming a member of the RHS.

"The Rosemoor team are delighted to welcome you as our guests for the day," said Sally Charleton, head of Rosemoor. "Come and discover some fresh ideas for spring planting and, before you leave, pick up your free annual What's On guide to see the many new events we have included in our comprehensive programme including a Poetry and Book week in July and a Real Ale and Cider Festival in September. If you would like to refresh or learn new skills, pick up our Courses and Workshops brochure to find out what is on offer. You'll be amazed at what fun for all the family you can have at Rosemoor."

Rosemoor is currently offering a membership offer of 12 months for the price of 9. Details: www.rhs/rosemoor or phone 01805 626800. Benefits include free entry at more than 140 partner gardens across the UK.

Free Friday at Rosemoor is on Friday, March 1, 10am to 5pm.
