Perry, the Barnstaple player-coach who moved in the opposite direction to Webber last year, has been named among ten replacements.

Webber was one of four Barnstaple players – with Sam Roberts, Winston James and Will Topps – in the Devon team who lost 36-15 in the 2012 Tamar Cup match.
