THE Olive Room restaurant in Ilfracombe is inviting diners to sample the delights of a South American cuisine on Friday. Following theme nights based around a North African and Middle Eastern menu, owners Jim Coslett and Becky Brocklehurst are looking forward to bringing some unusual South American delicacies to the table.
The menu for the night offers delights such as a Brazilian fish stew, crispy cassava patties stuffed with feta cheese, an Ecuadorean dish of marinated chicken served with fried plantain, and an Andean squash, sweet corn and mixed bean stew.
Two courses at £16.95 and four courses at £22.50.
