Below is a list of roadworks affecting the North Devon area this week.
The Quay is closed between the junction of Marine Parade and the Quay House until February 21 while South West Water carries out works.
A number of lanes are closed leading to Roundswell roundabout as improvement work continues. Delays are likely particularly at peak times.
An unclassified road from Windy Ash Cross to Deer Park also remains closed as South West Water continues work to fix a leaking mains water pipe.
Mill Street will be closed between the junctions with North Road and Bridgeland Street until February 28 as South West Water carry out work to a section of sewer.
South West Water will also be closing Park Lane outside the Bideford Air Training Corps centre until February 20 in order to install a new water service.
Chudleigh Road also remains close following a landslip. It is not expected to reopen until August.
Traffic control will be in place on the A399 near Bray Valley Quarry to allow for tree works to take place.
King Street is set to remain closed until March 7 while Western Power Distribution refurbishes overhead cables and carries out trenching work to approximately 140m of road.
Traffic control is in place on the B3233 at Church Hill until April 15 while Devon County Council carry out works.
The road from Forda Hill To Kings Arms will be closed between January 6 and March 31 while drainage works are carried out.
A section of Ropery Road remains closed while South West Water install non-return valves to a number of properties.
Temporary traffic lights are in place at West View on the B3233 while South West Water repair damaged sewer pipes.
The road From Kelland Cross to Stopgate Cross in Lapford is closed until April 11 while Western Power Distribution carries out works.
Lynton and Lynmouth
A road is also closed at the junction with Lynmouth Hill, Castle Hill and Lynbridge Road on the B3234 for rock fall management work.
Traffic lights are in place on the B3224 between Watersmeet Road and Lynbridge Road until February 28 for works to West Lyn Bridge.
The road From Windabout Cross To Parkham Ash is closed until August due to it being deemed “unsafe” by Devon County Council.
Traffic control is in place on the B3231 from Pump House to Saunton Sands until April 15 while Devon County Council carry out works.
Potacre Street will remain closed between the junctions with Well Street and Calf Street until February 28 to allow South West Water to repair a section of sewer.
Nelson Road and Golf Links Road remain closed while South West Water carries out works on sewers and manholes.
Traffic control is in place along the B3343 at Woolacombe for BT to install fibre cables.
