Ilfracombe Town will be hoping for a change of luck when they take on Odd Down in the Toolstation Western League tomorrow.

A 1-0 defeat at Hallen on Wednesday was the fifth game in a row they have lost.

It left them stuck in the bottom two of the Premier Division, but they are only one win from getting out of the relegation zone.

Manager Ross Middleton told the club website: “We were the better team (against Hallen), no doubt about it, but it’s fair to say we’re not getting what we deserve at the minute.

“We made one mistake at the back all night and they scored from it.

“They seem to be flying in against us at the minute, it happens in football and it will turn in our favour if we keep performing like that.”

Odd Down rose to seventh place on the back of a 10-game unbeaten run, but they have won only once in their last four outings, which have all finished 1-0.
