Temperatures are expected to drop in North Devon this weekend as the Indian Summer comes to an end.
Despite warm sunshine across the region earlier this week, North Devon is set to experience the first signs of frost this Autumn.
The Met Office said plummeting temperatures will be caused by southern European breezes meeting gales in the north.
Temperatures will drop to around 13C across North Devon, which is approximately five or six degrees lower than temperatures experienced earlier in the week.
On Saturday, it will be largely cloudy with showery bursts of rain at times.
On Sunday, North Devon will experience isolated showers in the morning, although it could turn brighter in the afternoon. Sunday will be the coldest day of the weekend with the maximum temperature forecast for 13C.
