Darren Parish scored a stoppage-time equaliser to give Torridgeside a 2-2 draw with Bideford in the North Devon League.

Last season's Premier Division title rivals had to settle for a point apiece in a tight game at the Sports Ground.

Nathan Walter drilled Torridgeside ahead from the edge of the box and Marc Bettiss had a goal ruled out as the visitors dominated the first half.

Bideford produced a strong response with Nathan Bate scrambling the equaliser and Jake England putting them 2-1 up direct from a corner.

Torridgeside, who pipped the Robins to the title on goal difference last year, were rewarded for a hard-working display when substitute Parish bundled the ball home with the last kick.

Bideford have dropped to fourth and Torridgeside moved up to fifth with neighbours Torrington going above them into third.

Danny Jenkins and an own goal gave Torrie a hard-earned 2-1 victory at Georgeham and Croyde.

Boca Seniors maintained their 100 per cent start with a 5-4 victory over Barnstaple AAC. Ciaron Lishman (two), Jimmy Hill, Elliot Whitecross and an own goal gave Boca their third win against their local rivals this season.  Craig Sandle (two), Wayne Parkhouse and Giles Daniel were on target for the Ammies.

Braunton trailed at half time against North Molton before securing a 3-1 win to stay top of the table.

Stand-in goalkeeper Josh Phillips saved a Ben Mardon penalty for Fremington at Dolton but it was not enough to prevent a 2-1 defeat.

Despite falling behind to a fine strike from Lee Capner, Dolton fought back with a superb display.

Elliot Brant's cross flew in for the equaliser and substitute Will Clark won it with a strike from outside the area.

Marc Clark and two goals from Hallum Cook secured a 3-1 win for Appledore over Bradworthy. Matt Carter had equalised for Brad before substitute Cook settled the game.

Andy Allan scored twice at corners and James Bateman and Sam Bissett got the other goals as Shamwickshire Rovers beat Chittlehampton 4-0.
