MISTER MOONAX relished the sodden conditions at Bratton Down to give Hannah Hawkins her second successive point-to-point win.
After last week's triumph at Exmoor, Hawkings, 19, won again as Mister Moonax saw off the challenge of Richard Woollacott and Midnight Whisper by a length in the restricted.
The Tiverton Staghounds meeting attracted 50 runners for the six-race card and Woollacott was not to be denied in the members' race, riding Come What Augustus.
Back for his first race after more than a year, Augustus beat the 2011 winner Midnight Marine, ridden by Leanda Tickle, who got the half-length verdict over Brack Ridden and Elizabeth Kelly.
A field of 14 for the maiden, the largest of the day, saw Ian Channin on Molland Gayle lead from flag-fall to winning post to pip Josh Guerriero and Miss Cupcake by three quarters of a length.
Darren Edwards, stuck on 21 winners for the season, finally improved his tally, riding Amber Love to victory in the intermediate.
In the men's open, Mark Wall, on Arbour Hill, was in fifth place when they jumped the last, only to snatch victory by a neck from Ocean Du Moulin, ridden by Joe Hill.
Jane Williams, the ladies' leading national jockey, claimed her 22nd winner of the season, riding Shenally in the ladies open.
The season reaches its climax at Umberleigh on Saturday with the Torrington Farmers' Foxhounds meeting.
Racing starts at Chapelton Barton at 2pm, and the meet will feature the Devon and Cornwall pony racing finals.
