North Devon is set to have more rain and wind over the next few days with a weather warning for heavy rain being issued by the Met Office for Sunday and Monday.
Light showers will dominate today and tomorrow while Saturday is set to be the driest day but with gusts reaching up to 50mph in places such as Ilfracombe and Woolacombe.
On Sunday light rain will return with more gusts of up to 40mph. The heavy rain will then set in by the evening and will last over night until rush hour on Monday morning.
North Devon could have 10-20mm of rain within the 12 hour period with some areas getting 30mm.
The rain will then clear by mid-morning on Monday and the rest of the day is likely to be dry but more rain is forecast for Tuesday.
Dan Williams, from the Met Office, said: “Unfortunately the autumnal theme is set to continue with more rain forecast next week.”
