McNicholas on spot for hat-trick

Hele Rovers 0 Torrington 5: The visitors needed just 47 seconds to take the lead through Danny Jenkins and they were 3-0 up at half time thanks to George Bartlett and Ross McNicholas. McNicholas went on to complete his hat-trick with a penalty.

Lynton and Lynmouth 5 Steampacket 2: Lynton came alive in the second half after trailing 1-0, turning the tables with a fluent display.

A smart save from Jack Osmond kept them in the game and Duncan Almond grabbed the equaliser soon after.

Jack Pugsley broke clear to add the second, CJ Roberts swept in the third and Pugsley made it 4-1, heading home after combining with Max Smith.

Roberts rounded off the win to make it a long journey home for opponents from the Plymouth and West Devon Combination League.

Bampton 2 Braunton 7: The damage was done in the first half as Braunton eased to a 4-0 lead.

Darryll Reed (three), Lucas Day (two), Chay West and Callum Goss scored.

Tipton St John were leading 2-0 at home to Shamwickshire Rovers when the match was abandoned at half time because the referee was taken ill.

Devon FA have ordered a rematch for this Saturday.

Northam Lions were beaten 5-0 at home against Topsham Town.

Pilton Academicals gave Heavitree Social United a walkover in their home game and South Molton forfeited their match at Waldon Athletic.
