Man sent for trial charged with robbing Knowle Service Station

A MAN accused of a robbery at a petrol station near Braunton has appeared in court.

Jamie Latta, 27, of no fixed address, was remanded in custody by North Devon Magistrates on Monday.

He is charged with the £60 robbery at Knowle Service Station on November 10.

The case was adjourned until a hearing at Exeter Crown Court on December 4.

Latta also elected to go to Exeter Crown Court for trial on two other charges of breaching a non-molestation order and stealing items, including jewellery, worth a total of £1,605.

Those cases will be heard at Exeter on December 13 along with a further alleged offence of assault.
