A MAN from South Molton is to face trial next year accused of deliberately causing grievous bodily harm in an attack in the town last August.
Lewis Hutter, 25, made no plea when he appeared at Exeter Crown Court on Friday.
The case was adjourned for a plea and case management hearing in March at which a trial date will be confirmed.
Hutter, of Moorland Place, South Molton, is accused of wounding Ashley Harding with intent to do grievous bodily harm on August 22 this year.
He was remanded on bail by Judge Erik Salomonsen.
