THE South West's leading food magazine, food, is now being printed in North Devon again due to a change in design and paper.

Launched 11 years ago by Salt Media, the magazine was originally printed by Toptown Printers until a change in specification required it to be moved to other printers. The new look magazine will once again be printed by Toptown.

"We are all about supporting local, and we're thrilled that we are able to put the print of the magazine back with a Barnstaple-based firm after all this time," said food editor Jo Rees.

"It's been a result of a change of specification for us, along with excellent customer service we've got from Toptown on other print jobs they've done for us over the last year."

Claire Tucker of Toptown Printers said: "When food magazine was first published in 2003, Toptown Printers were given the task of printing it and now it's back.

"This magazine is a job we printed many years ago, and we are thrilled it's come home again. Toptown Printers was delighted to win the contract to print the food magazine for Salt Media. Local companies working together is what has kept Toptown printing for over 40 years, and this is a prestigious publication they are proud to be associated with."
