EXMOOR National Park Authority is calling for landowners to come forward with land and buildings suitable for new housing.
More than 100 affordable homes for people with a connection to Exmoor have been granted planning permission since 2005. More than 80 of these have been built across Exmoor but more homes are needed to meet the needs of the park's communities.
Rural housing enabler Colin Savage said: "Landowners can be confident that any sites released for housing would provide an important community benefit, and that affordable housing will be protected for long-term use for people with a strong local connection and a genuine need to live locally."
Anyone with a potential site should contact Tessa Saunders on 01398 322 246 by March 14.
