ILFRACOMBE residents interested in leading healthier lifestyles are being urged to take advantage of free clinics.

Weekly NHS lifestyle clinics are taking place in the town, offering free, confidential advice on alcohol, healthy eating and improving emotional wellbeing.

The one-to-one sessions take place every Thursday from 9am to 12.30pm at the Tyrrell Hospital and One Ilfracombe also hosts a clinic at the Ilfracombe Centre from 1pm to 5pm.

Health improvement practitioner Suzy Oakes said: "We are keen to promote the benefits of a healthy lifestyle to the people of Ilfracombe and are delighted to be working with One Ilfracombe to achieve this.

"If you are considering making a positive change in your life and would like to know how we can support you, please book an appointment now to see one of our health trainers."

For more information, call Suzy on 07805 762306.
