Energetic members of Witheridge Young Farmers' Club took part in one of their biggest challenges yet – climbing three mountains in three countries in under 24 hours to raise funds for the Devon Air Ambulance Trust.
They started on August 3 at 6pm, climbing Ben Nevis, the highest of the three peaks at 1,344m, and reached the summit in four hours. They then took a seven-hour journey to Scafell Pike and breasted the 989m in just over three hours.
It was then back on the minibus for five hours to Snowdon in Wales and they finished the climb at 5.30pm on Sunday, with 30 minutes to spare.
So far, the club has raised more than £3,350 for charity.
