Three-piece girl band Stooshe have been announced as the headliners at this year's Barnstaple Christmas light switch on.
They will take to the stage on November 24 in the Square.
Stooshe is made up of Alex Buggs, Courtney Rumbold and Karis Anderson.
The band rose to fame following the upload of a lyric video for their first single Betty Woz Gone on YouTube, which attracted 150,000 views in just two days and became the most watched video in the UK.
They translated this online support into real world sales with the release of their first full single Love Me which made it to number five in the charts.
Black Heart, their next single, went to number three and sold 500,000 copies during the sixteen weeks it spent in the top 40.
In 2012 the song was nominated for the BRIT Award 2012 Best British Single and Stooshe were also nominated for the Best Newcomer MOBO Award.
"With hits such as these under their belts, plus appearances at many of the major festivals, Stooshe will go down well with all ages," said an organiser from BID Barnstaple.
"With names such as Joss Stone, The Saturdays, Noisettes, Dionne Bromfield, Newton Falkner, Beverley Knight, and now Stooshe, Barnstaple has always been at the cutting edge in bringing terrific musical talent to the town for the Christmas Light Switch on. Everyone had better get ready to party, as this promises to be a fun filled event for all ages."
