Members of the public have until the end of the week to share their views on plans which propose 750 new homes for Ilfracombe.
Feedback on the plans, which also proposes a new medical centre, primary school, community gardens, sports fields and small business district, can be given until Friday, July 6.
In May, more than 350 people visited an exhibition at the Landmark Theatre where the plans were on show to the public.
Councillor Mike Edmunds, Executive Member for Strategic Planning, said: "The proposals could make up a major part of the town’s development over the next 20 years, so it’s vital that local people have a say in how their town is shaped.
“I would encourage anyone who hasn’t yet seen the plans to take a look now and to share their views with us."
An outline planning application is expected to be published later in the year.
The proposed scheme will form part of North Devon Council's core strategy for developments up to 2031.
Information about the plans, as well as a feedback questionnaire, can be found at www.davidlock.com/ilfracombe .
All feedback must be received by Friday, July 6.
