Tiverton White Eagles 1 Shepton Mallet 1

EAGLES were unlucky not to take all three points in a game they dominated against Shepton Mallet.

Despite playing the bulk of the first period inside Shepton Mallet's half, they were unable to convert the chances as they came up against an inspired keeper. Then, against the run of play, Shepton managed to take the lead.

The second half saw Eagles push for an equaliser, which eventually came from Racheal O'Livey.

Eagles pushed hard for a winner, with player-of-the-match Brook Billing working hard down the right-hand side and providing some good crosses, but they unable to find the crucial score their play deserved.

Honiton 10 Tiverton White Eagles III 1

Eagles thirds were well beaten away to Honiton, despite a lone strike from Lauren Blaxland. Ali Pring was voted player of the match.

Sidmouth & Ottery A 3 ECV Hornets B 0

ECV Hornets B put up a stubborn display but could not prevent Sidmouth & Ottery A from maintaining their 100 per cent winning start to the season.

An own goal put the hosts in front before Will Gallantree managed to beat Hornets goalkeeper Neale Frood twice to round off the win.
