Devon's Air Ambulance was called to six incidents in North Devon over the past 10 days.

At 12.40pm on April 14 the chopper conveyed a man suffering a medical episode from Bude to Derriford.

Less than two hours later they were scrambled to Bideford to take a woman with an ankle injury to North Devon District Hospital.

On April 17 the air ambulance was called to Bridgerule near Holsworthy to collect a man who had fallen twenty feet.  He was airlifted to North Devon District Hospital.

The following day a baby suffering suspected fits was airlifted from Winkleigh to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital around 4pm.

Around 8am on April 21 a woman was take from Highampton to RD&E suffering from a medical episode.

Less than two hours later the air ambulance was scrambled to Hatherleigh where a man had suffered a medical episode.  The man was treated on site by paramedics before being taken to hospital by land ambulance.
