The trial of a woman accused of assaulting two men at a Bideford night club has been delayed.
Katie Bateman was due to stand trial at Exeter Crown Court next week over the alleged attacks at The Palace club on August 25 last year.
The 26-year-old denied causing actual bodily harm to Aaron McMahon and assault by beating of Richard Ball.
Bateman was not present at Exeter Crown Court when Judge Francis Gilbert, QC, ordered a new trial date to be identified after being told there were problems with witness availability.
Bateman remains on bail with conditions which include not entering the Caesar’s Palace Club in Bideford.
Her address was given as Stucley Road, Bideford, when she appeared before first magistrates at Barnstaple last year.
