TORRIDGE District Council could still decide to object to controversial plans for one of the world's biggest offshore wind farms – despite already voting to raise no objection.
Last week the council's plans committee voted not to object to plans for the Atlantic Array by one vote at a special meeting.
The decision caused outrage from residents at the meeting.
Now Councillor Chris Leather, who sits on the plans committee and voted against the proposed plans, has put a motion forward to ask the full council to decide.
