Burglars who broke into a business in Filleigh in the early hours of this morning and stole several Apple Mac computers are believed to have covered the security cameras.
Police confirmed computing equipment was stolen from Bray Leino Ltd, a communication agency situated at Old Rectory, in the early hours of this morning.
A member of staff reported the break-in to police at around 7am when they arrived at work, although it is understood the burglary actually occurred at around 4am.
Police said the offender(s) forced a door and window of the building to gain entry. It is understood the offender(s) then went to the upstairs of the building and stole around eight or nine Apple Mac computers, three or four iMacs and a Mac 'tower' from the creative department.
Police said it was too early to confirm exactly how much the stolen equipment was worth.
It is understood police have been at the premises this morning carrying out investigations.
Lisa Killbourn, Strategy Director at Bray Leino, confirmed the incident had occurred and said the business was trying to carry on as normal.
