CLEAN BANDIT, whose single Rather Be is currently at No 1 in the UK Singles Chart, have been announced as the headliners for this year’s GoldCoast Oceanfest.
The electronic pop act are the first headliners to be confirmed for the festival which will take place between June 20 and 22 on Croyde beach.
Organisers are planning to make more announcements on artists later this week.
Event director Warren Latham said on the GoldCoast website: “We are ecstatic with this announcement as we build upon the GoldCoast reputation.
“With previous Brit Award-winning artists including Ben Howard and Ed Sheeran, alongside current nominees Bastille, the festival continues to grow in stature showcasing top UK talent.”
Clean Bandit’s eagerly-awaited debut album New Eyes is set for release in May.
