A registered sex offender has appeared at Exeter Crown Court accused of breaching the terms of an order which prevented him having contact with children.
Frank Graham, 28, did not enter a plea during a brief preliminary hearing at Exeter Crown Court.
Graham, of High Street, Bideford, is accused of three offences of breaking a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) imposed by Derby Crown Court in 2006.
He appeared before Judge Erik Salomonsen by video link from Exeter Prison.
He was not represented by a lawyer and the case was put off for a week so he could be served with the case papers before deciding how the case will proceed.
He faces charges of breaking the SOPO three times between January 1 and April 11 this year by being in the company of two girls who were aged under 16.
He is also accused of being present while a friend was babysitting an infant child.
