WHAT better way to watch the sun set over summer 2013 than with a good beverage, great music and breathtaking views?
The fifth Heddon Valley Beer and Music Festival kicks off on Friday with an assault of local music talent and tastebud-tingling brews. All amid the leafy ambience of the Hunter's Inn.
The Roughnecks, Chilly Breeze, Garden Club, The Flamin' Ratrods and Basil's Blues Band are just some of the acts confirmed for the weekend, with an array of beers and ciders including Jollyboat Buccaneers, Cotleigh Tawny Owl, Orchard Pig and Sandfords Scrumpy.
More than 1,500 people are expected at this year's festival, which runs from Friday, September 6 to Sunday, September 8.
There will also be a raffle in aid of Community Learning International, which supports education and development for children in Laos.
