The bail of two men arrested following a man’s death in Ilfracombe has been extended until December.
The men, aged 47 and 38, were arrested in the town late on June 8 after police were called by an ambulance crew who were treating an injured man.
The man, named locally as Aaron Stevens, was found with a serious head injury at the bottom of a steep slope in the Two Potts area of Ilfracombe. He was taken to North Devon District Hospital where he later died.
The two men, both from Ilfracombe, were arrested at the scene and their bail has now been extended to December 16.
