Two men from Barnstaple have been remanded in custody after appearing at Exeter Crown Court accused of a street robbery.
Alexander Gunn, aged 41, of Claude Dix Close, and Daniel Howard, aged 33, of no fixed address, were not asked to plead at the preliminary hearing.
They are both accused of robbing Brendon Young of a mobile phone in Barnstaple earlier this month.
Recorder Mr William Andreae-Jones adjourned their case and set a provisional trial date of March 11. Both were remanded in custody.
