ORIGINAL earthy melodies, atmospheric beats, soaring vocals and instruments from around the world will fill the Great Barn at Tapeley Park on Wednesday.
The Alchemist's Wardrobe will be exploring the realms of folk world fusion with didgeridoo, slide sitar, bodhran, bow harp and more.
The band share the headline spot at this month's Tapeley Session with John Gallagher who brings other-worldly acoustic roots plus rhythm and blues.
The monthly music sessions will now include a 20-minute floor spot at 8.30pm which will feature local artists. This month the locals slot will be filled by Judith Christie, known for her finger-picking guitar style and folk-influenced self-penned songs.
The gig is on Wednesday, February 26. There is a small bar and hot meals made with ingredients from the kitchen and permaculture gardens. You can also take your own refreshments. Tickets: £4.50 (full), £3 (concession). Doors open 8pm.
