5. Favourite film:

I’m a huge fan of anything with Katherine Hepburn in it and, while I was pregnant, watched The Lion In Winter where she plays Queen Eleanor of Aquitaine. I ended up calling my daughter Eleanor.

6. Favourite TV programme:

Is it wrong that I like Made In Chelsea because it’s fun to watch incredibly posh people being so incredibly mean to each other? I like The Big Bang Theory too as I’m a bit of a geek myself.

The Boathouse in Instow especially as my daughter has a part-time job there.

First proper job was as a journalist in Bristol but I did work in Woollies on a Saturday when I was a teenager.

Buying lovely handmade crafts from very talented makers ( it’s my weakness).

Time keeping and baking.

11. A phrase I use too often:

I’m sorry I’m a bit late ....

12. Three people (dead or alive) I’d invite for dinner:

Nelson Mandela, Ghandi and Martin Luther King. They changed the world for better place and I would just love to listen to them sharing their stories.

George Clarke and he can build us an amazing space....

My tardiness.

Watching my very talented daughter belt out a solo on stage for the very first time, she has a beautiful voice.

The scenery is just breathtaking and I love to be outside soaking it in.

17. Worst things about North Devon:

The A361 – you have to drive for almost an hour before you can start driving anywhere!

18. What of our country’s laws would you change:

I’d have much stricter rules for copyright infringements as far too many big businesses steal designs and ideas from very talented small independent designers; it makes my blood boil.

19. Overrated public figure:

David Cameron.

20. In another life I’d like to be: A Blue Peter presenter.
